Call
We look at where your time goes and whether you are in the right place. If your craft does not produce enough written material for this to be worth it, we say so and stop there.
Immersion
We interview you about your craft: what you sell, to whom, how you work, what you have already decided. You talk, we structure.
Build
We derive the structure from your craft, connect your tools read-only, and wire the first two capabilities. Nothing to do on your side.
Handover and upkeep
We show you, you test it in front of us on real files, we measure before and after. Then the context gets tended every month, otherwise it dies.

The structure comes out of your craft, never out of a generic model. Each craft has its own page: its moments, its measured time lost, its capabilities and its objections.
