DATA COLLECTED

We collect only the data strictly necessary:

• Email address submitted via the contact or newsletter form.
• Name and message when you reach out directly.
• Anonymized navigation data (page views, duration) for statistical analysis.
• First name, email, phone, company name and answers, when you fill in a Reversed form on Facebook or Instagram.

PURPOSES

Your data is used only to:

• Respond to your contact requests.
• Send you the Reversed newsletter, if you have consented.
• Improve the site experience (aggregated analytics).
• Contact you about the free review you requested.

RETENTION

Contact emails are kept for three years after the last interaction. Newsletter subscriptions remain active until you unsubscribe.

ADVERTISING FORMS (FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM)

When you fill in a Reversed form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd sends us the data you confirmed: first name, email address, phone number, company name, and your answers to the form questions (activity, team size, task that takes you the most time).

We use them only to contact you about your free review and to check that your company exists in the public commercial register (Zefix). They are not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used to subscribe you to a newsletter.

If you do not follow up, they are deleted no later than twelve months after our last exchange. If we start working together, they are kept like other contact data.

Meta also processes this data on its own behalf, under its own privacy policy, and may transfer it outside Switzerland, in particular to the United States.

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete this data by writing to hello@reversed.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

YOUR RIGHTS

Under Swiss nFADP and European GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object. To exercise these rights, write to us at hello@reversed.ch.

The site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation. No advertising or profiling cookies are set without your explicit consent.
