PROGRAM · 2022 · 2024
Mike Horn's program.
Young people from across Europe turn an environmental idea into a concrete project in a few months. Three editions with a final at Station F in Paris, and a hackathon in Côte d'Ivoire.
Maxime Dumont was the program lead: designing the journey, facilitating the workshops and orchestrating the stakeholders, from team selection to the ceremony at Station F.
The method: find the fit between the project and the field in days, build next to the people who will use it, test and adjust in short loops.
