# About — Reversed, Lausanne, since 2019

Reversed started as a sole proprietorship, then moved to a Sàrl. Originally, we combined training, coaching, and support in innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship, for both companies and nonprofits. Today, we're at full throttle on artificial intelligence: we build our own AI systems and deploy them at our clients with the digital bricks that go with them.

## The trajectory

- **2026** — Reversed, serving Swiss businesses and its Ventures. Four pillars, one standard: AIOS, Built, Programs, Ventures.
- **2025** — The trigger. New AI generation. 10+ B2B SaaS launched under Explora Ventures.
- **2019 → 2024** — Five years of ground programs: entrepreneurship, innovation, leadership. Reversed Board (Nespresso), Pangaea X (Mike Horn), Keep it Simple. 1,000+ people onboarded.
- **2019** — Sole proprietorship launched in Lausanne. MyLearningBoutique is customer number one.
